What’s available? Two meeting rooms in the park’s Loess Hills Lodge.
When are they available? Subject to prior reservations, rooms are available for both full-day and half-day rentals throughout the week.
Parking? Visitors can park in the main lot near the Loess Hills Lodge. Please note: There is no public vehicle access past the ADA parking stalls.
- Seating: Great for groups of 50 or less.
- Pricing: $350 per day; $175 per half-day
- Deposit: $300 refundable deposit; $300 refundable beer and wine deposit (if applicable)
- Reservations: Must be made 7 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Upstairs in the Loess Hills Lodge, near the Lodge Gallery, public restrooms, and overlook deck.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, access to a 70-inch television for presentations, slideshows, music, etc., and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink.
- ADA accessibility: The Goldfinch Room and restrooms are both located on the main level of the Loess Hills Lodge.
- Seating: Great for groups of 70 or less.
- Pricing: $350 per day; $175 per half-day
- Deposit: $300 refundable deposit; $300 refundable beer and wine deposit (if applicable)
- Reservations: Must be made 7 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Downstairs in the Loess Hills Lodge, near the back patio and observation tower.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, access to a 70-inch television for presentations, slideshows, music, etc., and a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink. The Bluestem Room has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: The Bluestem Room is located down two sets of stairs and may also be accessed by a one-person elevator lift.
For out-of-town visitors, Hitchcock Nature Center also offers three camping cabins in the park’s campground area. Cabins sleep up to five and include a twin/full bunk bed, queen-size pullout sofa, table and chairs, microwave, minifridge, screened-in patio area with a picnic table, fire ring with grill, and water hydrant. Please note: Cabins do not have a sink or restroom but are located near restrooms and the shower house. Guests will need to bring bedding, pillows, and towels. $50 per night.

What’s available? Breezy Lodge
When is it available? Subject to prior reservations, the lodge is available for rent from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. throughout the week.
Parking? Visitors can park in the lot just east of Breezy Lodge.
- Seating: Great for groups of 75 or less.
- Pricing: $150 per day
- Deposit: $100 refundable deposit for keg beer
- Reservations: Must be made 3 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted. Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Located in the southeast corner of the park, Breezy Lodge is near Campground 3, the shower house, and the Breezy Point trailhead.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and full sink, and access to the lodge patio with picnic tables. Breezy Lodge has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: Breezy Lodge has a ramp that may be used by guests to move between the parking lot and lodge. The lodge itself is all on one level.
For out-of-town visitors, Arrowhead also offers two camping cabins and three modern cabins:
Camping cabins sleep up to five and include a twin/full bunk bed, queen-size pullout sofa, table and chairs, microwave, minifridge, front porch area, picnic table, fire ring, grill, and water hydrant. Please note: Cabins do not have a sink or restroom but are located near restrooms and the shower house. Guests will need to bring bedding, pillows, and towels. $50 per night.
White Pine Cabin | Hilltop Cabin
Modern cabins sleep between 10 and 12 guests and include two full restrooms with showers and a full kitchen, fireplace, and patio. $165-$175 per night.

When is it available? Subject to prior reservations, the lodge is available for rent from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. throughout the week.
Parking? Visitors can park in the gravel lot just east of Olsen Lodge.
- Seating: Great for groups of 60 or less.
- Pricing: $100 per day
- Deposit: $100 refundable beer and wine deposit (if applicable)
- Reservations: Must be made 3 days in advance online or in-person. Credit card, cash, and check are accepted.
- Please note: A 4% processing fee is applied to credit card payments.
- Location: Located just east of the middle campground and west of the archery range and secondary bison pen.
- Includes: Tables (8-foot), chairs, a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, and full sink, and access to an outdoor seating area with a grill and small patio with picnic tables. Olsen Lodge has private restrooms for guests.
- ADA accessibility: Olsen Lodge is all on one level. The parking lot is gravel and there is a paved sidewalk to the building. The small patio with picnic tables is also paved.
