Awake In the Woods: Loess Hills Myth Craft Series

• Would you like to notice more wildlife while walking in the forest and prairie?
• Does the idea of being able to read some of the language of the land sound appealing to you?

If so, join naturalist and student of folklore Dustin Clayton on November 13th for a walking discussion through the autumn forest. Through a series of contemplative and imaginal techniques (and quite a bit of sitting quietly and noticing), we'll begin to build a woods walking practice that accomplishes these goals.

Program cost covers park admission. Ages 16+.

Meet in the Bluestem Room of the Loess Hills Lodge (downstairs) at Hitchcock Nature Center.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 1 week (7 days) prior to the program date by calling 712-545-3283 and speaking with staff directly. Cancellations received less than 1 week (7 days) in advance of the event will not be refunded. Fees for programs cancelled by PCC due to weather or other circumstances will be refunded.
