Corvids (crows, magpies, jays, ravens) are among the most intelligent non-human animals. Iowa is full time home to two species of corvids, American crows and bluejays, while other corvids may visit iowa or temporarily reside here from time to time. During this session of Homeschool in the Hills, we’ll learn all about these wily birds, how they communicate, what they eat, where they live, and how they’ve adapted to the modern world.
Cost for this event is $5.00 per person for children ages 3 and over and covers your park entry fee. Adults and children under 3 accompanying program participants do not need a reservation.
