Mt. Crescent Season Pass Pickup Party

Season pass holders unite! It's time to snag your 2024-2025 passes EARLY and beat the lines before old man winter arrives. But this event isn't just for season pass holders:

  • The kitchen and bar will be open for service.
  • Mt. Crescent Ski Patrol will be hosting a gear sale featuring used skis, boots, and more at bargain prices. Proceeds support the all-volunteer patrol!
  • Drop off new or gently used winter apparel including hats, coats, gloves, scarves, and shoes. Apparel will be donated to local warming centers for individuals experiencing homelessness and to individuals released from Pottwattamie County jail during the winter months.

Lift tickets will not be available for purchase until our opening date is set, which we will announce with as much notice as possible (likely a few days or less beforehand). Please check back for details.

While season pass holders can snag their pass at any time once Mt. Crescent is open for the season, we HIGHLY suggest grabbing your pass at one of our pickup events to reduce wait times and maximize your precious ski and snowboarding experience.

Planning to pick up your pass? Please make sure you review the information below to ensure a smooth pick up experience!

  1. Ensure your waivers are signed BEFORE arriving. We cannot print a pass if waivers are not signed.
  2. Ensure you have a photo uploaded BEFORE arriving. We cannot print a pass if a photo is not uploaded. Photos should show a clear image of the season pass holder's face (preferably no hats, sunglasses, etc.).
  3. Click here to login to your account and make sure these items are taken care of.
  • If you are picking up a pass for an adult, make sure they have signed their waiver and uploaded their photo. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you're picking up a pass for a minor, make sure the guardian whose account they're associated with has signed necessary waivers and uploaded a photo for them. We cannot issue a pass if this is not done.
  • If you have purchased a season pass for another adult, they will need to create their own account, sign their own waiver, and upload their own photo in order to be issued a pass.

Mt. Crescent season passes and lift tickets will have scannable bar codes printed on them. We will be diligently scanning these bar codes at the lifts to make sure that everyone is eligible to ride! Please always have your season pass or lift ticket visible to assist in this process. Thank you!
